Membership Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership, free of charge, anytime after the first month that your membership is active. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-payment has gone through under any circumstances. All monthly memberships require a 30 day notice. Your cancellation will be effective 30 days from the day we receive it.
All benefits expire 30 days following final payment regardless of when notice has been received. Cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days before the date of your next scheduled auto-pay, or the next month’s fee will be charged. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations processed after your most recent auto-pay. All prepaid classes and private sessions will expire 30 days following final payment as well.
