Change Your Membership

 

We understand that life changes and you want to change your membership.

Membership Change Policy

All grandfathered membership benefits, discounts and polices on current membership will be lost upon change of membership. Membership changes require 7 days notice. Upon Change of Membership you will be required to sign a new agreement with updated terms. The agreement will be emailed to you. Once you send back the signed copy of the agreement, we will complete the change of membership process. This is NOT the form to Freeze or Cancel your membership. Please request other form if desired.
