This class was designed to help relieve stress and teach you the basics of yoga. You will leave feeling refreshed, relieved, and informed.

Vinyasa Flow

With so many things to do in our modern life, it can leave our minds racing and desiring to be present in the moment. Do you ever feel like your mind NEVER stops running? Do you feel anxious thinking about all of the things on your to-do list? Vinyasa Flow was designed to quiet the monkey mind and ease the stressed spirit. You will leave this class feeling present, grounded, and open.

This is a moderately paced flow yoga class, which links poses together by synchronizing the breath to movement, allowing you to slow down your breath and quiet your mind. You have the opportunity to learn some intermediate yoga poses safely and accessibly. Between each sequence, you can enjoy a vinyasa flow- plank to chaturanga to upward facing dog to downward facing dog.

This class is accessible for the beginner yet designed to challenge the seasoned yoga practitioners.

Yin Yoga

Our fast paced life leaves us craving stillness.  Are you looking to go within and find your inner peace?  Yin Yoga was designed to help you slow down and connect with yourself.

Yin yoga is a passive yet powerful practice where poses are held for extended periods of time. This class is designed to target your connective tissue, also known as facia; to help stretch your muscles and increase mobility. The practice focuses on the breath and emphasizes stillness helping you experience a deeper stretch, mentally and physically. You will leave this class feeling connected, peaceful, and deeply relaxed.

This class is perfect for the yogi who is looking to slow down, find stillness, and go within.  Yin yoga is a beautiful compliment to the dynamic nature of vinyasa flow and the muscular activation of Posture Police.

Posture Police

Posture Police is a modern class creating functional balance within your muscular system, giving you a pain free body and maximum mobility through proprioceptive stretchercises.

In our 21st century life we spend a lot of our time sitting, leaving our body craving movement. Does you neck, back, hip or shoulder occasionally hurt or do you experience chronic pain? This class was designed to strategically fix neck, back, hip or shoulder pain. Posture Police bridges yoga inspired corrective exercises with a Physical Therapy philosophy. You will leave this class with a pain free body with functional mobility.

Posture Police consists of predominantly standing stretchercises complemented by a Corrective Cain, chair and a yoga mat at times. This class is perfect for those who suffer from neck, back, hip or shoulder issues or for those desiring body awareness and functional balance.
